Costner Realty was started in the 1960’s by my grandfather so that you could find someone that you could trust would look after your best interest in buying/selling a home. Today continue that legacy has continued as a tradition you can trust. In the 1990’s my Father and I formed another company that started investing in the Charlotte Metrolina market. After several years of growing the investment firm, we realized that there was a need for a Property Management company that would help other investors and treat their properties as their own.

Having a passion for the real estate industry, I attended Appalachian State University and received a degree in Building Science. Upon graduating I began a career in Commercial Construction. While working for commercial GC’s, I built a variety of projects for numerous companies. After 8 years of commercial construction, I was fortunate to take over the family industry.
